200 spinach seeds. Grow Spinacia oleracea 'Medania' in moist but well-drained soil in sun to partial shade. Regular sowings every three to four weeks will provide a steady supply of leaves until autumn. Water regularly and remove any developing flower heads to prolong leaf production.
